How To Order

Here's a step-by-step tutorial :

1. Find your desired flower arrangement from the categories of products available.
2. Once you have found the arrangement you wish to purchase, click on it to go to the product detail page.
3. On the product detail page, choose the “Delivery Date”. You can only order for delivery date a minimum of 2 days after the order date.
4. Still on the same page, choose your “Delivery Time”. You can choose for delivery before 2pm or after 2pm. Please make sure there will be someone to accept the delivery at your chosen time.
5. For the “Message to Recipient”, please write your message for the intended recipient. Please make sure that it’s not too long because we won’t be able to accommodate it in our little message card. Editing may occur. Please put the recipient’s and sender’s names as well if you want them to be included. Please put “-“ if no message or card is needed.
6. Click “Add to cart” when all of the above are done.
7. Click “Proceed to Check out” when you are ready to confirm order. Or click “Continue Shopping” to look for more items for the same delivery.

First time user

1. Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the SHOPPING CART link at the top right hand side of the page. You can remove items from your shopping cart by clicking the x button on the right of the item.
2. For a new customer, you need to fill out your details and the delivery address form. Please fill out all the required fields. At the bottom of the delivery address, please put in your mobile number for further contact regarding your order. Click “Save” when you are done.
3. The delivery method will show you the delivery fee and it is already added to the total at the top. The delivery fee depends on the area of your delivery address.
4. Please read the Terms and Conditions and check the checkbox if you agree to it before proceeding.
5. Click the payment method to proceed to the next page.
6. Click "Confirm my Order" to confirm the order and proceed to payment. Or click "Other payment methods" to change your payment method or other details on the previous page.
7. Once you’ve confirmed the order, you will get your Order ID.
8. Please make your payment by bank transfer and confirm your payment on the website’s Confirm Payment page.

Returning customer

1. Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the SHOPPING CART link at the top of the page. You can remove items from your shopping cart by clicking the x button on the right of the item.
2. The Express Checkout feature at the bottom is to make it easier for you if you are sending a new gift to the same person from last time with the same address. The delivery address can be chosen from the drop down list that you already created before.
3. Check the check box "Use the delivery address as the billing address" if you need to send out the bill to the same address. Otherwise, please leave it unchecked. You can add a new address as the billing address if needed.
   
4. Click on the “Add New Address” button at the bottom for a new delivery address. It will take you to a new page. Fill out the form and click “Save”.
5. The delivery method will show you the delivery fee and it is already added to the total at the top. The delivery fee depends on the area of your delivery address.

7. Click the payment method to proceed to the next page.

Payment confirmation

1. To confirm your payment, you need to be logged into your account.
2. Go to the payment confirmation page by clicking the CONFIRM PAYMENT link at the top of the page. Do this right after you’ve made your bank transfer to Glasshouse Florist.
3. Choose your Order ID from the drop down menu.
4. Fill out the rest of the form and click “Send”.
5. Your payment has been confirmed by you. Glasshouse Florist will confirm the transfer and start preparing for the job.

CARA PEMESANAN

Berikut adalah langkah-langkah untuk pemesanan:

1. Temukan rangkaian bunga yang anda inginkan dari kategori produk yang tersedia.
2. Saat anda telah memutuskan, pilih barang tersebut dan masuk ke halaman detail produk.
3. Di halaman detail produk, pilih “Delivery Date” untuk tanggal pengiriman. Anda hanya dapat memesan minimal 2 hari sebelum tanggal pengiriman.
4. Masih di halaman yang sama, pilih “Delivery Time” untuk waktu pengiriman. Anda dapat memilih untuk pengiriman sebelum atau sesudah jam 2 siang. Mohon pastikan bahwa ada seseorang di tempat untuk menerima pengiriman bunga tersebut pada saat yang telah ditentukan.
5. Untuk “Message to Recipient”, mohon ketikkan pesan anda untuk penerima. Mohon tidak terlalu panjang karena tidak akan cukup di kartu pesan kecil kami. Pesan dapat kami ubah agar cukup dalam kartu. Mohon tuliskan nama pengirim dan penerima juga. Mohon ketik “-“ bila tidak ingin ada pesan atau kartu.
6. Tekan “Add to Cart” saat semua diatas telah selesai.
7. Tekan “Proceed to Check out” saat anda telah siap untuk konfirmasi pemesanan. Atau ketik “Continue Shopping” untuk terus memilih produk lain untuk pengiriman yang sama.

Pelanggan baru

1. Lihat lagi barang-barang yang ada di Shopping Cart dengan menekan link SHOPPING CART di bagian paling atas halaman. Anda bisa menghapus produk-produk yang telah terpilih dengan menekan tombol x disebelah kanan barang tersebut.
2. Untuk pelanggan baru, anda harus mengisi formulir detail anda dan alamat pengiriman. Mohon isi semua bagian yang diperlukan (*required). Di bagian paling akhir formulir, mohon masukkan nomor hp anda untuk kontak lebih lanjut mengenai pesanan anda. Tekan “Save” saat anda selesai.
3. Bagian Delivery Method akan menunjukkan ongkos kirim dan ini sudah termasuk di total harga di atas. Ongkos kirim tergantung dengan area pengiriman anda.
4. Mohon baca ketentuan dan kondisi penggunaan website dan setujui ketentuannya sebelum melanjutkan.
5. Tekan Payment Method untuk melanjutkan ke halaman berikut.
6. Tekan “Confirm my Order” untuk konfirmasi pemesanan dan lanjut ke pembayaran. Atau tekan “Other payment methods” untuk merubah cara pembayaran atau detil lain di halaman sebelumnya.
7. Saat anda telah konfirmasi pemesanan, anda akan mendapatkan nomor pesanan anda (Order ID).
8. Mohon lakukan pembayaran anda lewat bank transfer dan konfirmasi pembayaran anda di halaman “Confirm Payment”.

Pelanggan Lama

1. Lihat lagi barang-barang yang ada di Shopping Cart dengan menekan link SHOPPING CART di bagian paling atas halaman. Anda bisa menghapus produk-produk yang telah terpilih dengan menekan tombol x disebelah kanan barang tersebut.
2. Fitur Express Checkout di bawah adalah untuk memudahkan anda bila anda mengirimkan produk baru ke orang yang sama seperti pembelian terakhir di alamat yang sama. Alamat pengiriman dapat anda pilih dari daftar yang telah anda sendiri buat sebelumnya.
3. Pilih check box "Use the delivery address as the billing address" bila anda perlu mengirimkan bon pembelian ke alamat yang sama dengan alamat pengiriman. Bila tidak, biarkan saja check box tersebut. Anda juga dapat menambahkan alamat baru untuk invoice bila perlu.
   
4. Tekan “Add New Address” di bawah untuk alamat pengiriman baru. Anda akan ke halaman baru untuk mengisi formulir alamat baru. Isi formulir tersebut selengkapnya dan tekan “Save”.
5. Bagian Delivery Method akan menunjukkan ongkos kirim dan ini sudah termasuk di total harga di atas. Ongkos kirim tergantung dengan area pengiriman anda.
6. Mohon baca kembali ketentuan dan kondisi penggunaan website dan setujui ketentuannya sebelum melanjutkan.
7. Tekan Payment Method untuk melanjutkan ke halaman berikut.
8. Tekan “Confirm my Order” untuk konfirmasi pemesanan dan lanjut ke pembayaran. Atau tekan “Other payment methods” untuk merubah cara pembayaran atau detil lain di halaman sebelumnya.
9. Saat anda telah konfirmasi pemesanan, anda akan mendapatkan nomor pesanan anda (Order ID).
10. Mohon lakukan pembayaran anda lewat bank transfer dan konfirmasi pembayaran anda di halaman “Confirm Payment”.

Konfirmasi Pembayaran

1. Untuk mengkonfirmasi pembayaran anda, anda harus masuk ke akun anda terlebih dahulu.
2. Tekan link CONFIRM PAYMENT di bagian paling atas halaman. Lakukan ini setelah anda mengerjakan bank transfer anda ke Glasshouse Florist.
3. Pilih Order ID anda dari daftar.
4. Isi semua formulir konfirmasi pembayaran dan tekan “Send”.
5. Pembayaran anda telah dikonfirmasi oleh anda. Glasshouse Florist akan mengkonfirmasi transfer anda dan mulai mengerjakan pesanan anda.
